Note: In these answers we will follow a few shorthand conventions for describing user-interface procedures. Key combinations will be presented like this: Ctrl+Alt+Delete, which means that you should press and hold down the Control key, the Alt key, and the Delete key at the same time. Menu selections will be presented like this: File->Open, which means that you should open the File menu, and then make the Open selection.
Why do I need Access Runtime? Access 2000 SP3 is required to run most of our products. even if you have Office 2000 Pro installed on your machine, you may not have applied the current service pack to it. You can obtain current information regarding Microsoft® Office updates at Microsoft Office downloads. please note that Microsoft frequently changes their website so while this link was good as of 4/30/2004, it may not be correct in the future.
