Access Developer ToolsOver the past several years I've developed some tools that are useful to me in the development and maintenance of Access databases, and the tracking of customers. These tools are made available as freeware. However if you find them useful, please consider donating to one of the charities listed below. Please be aware that there is no documentation and the code is not always fully commented. I will be happy to answer questions regarding application of any of these tools as time allows. However, during the summer months I will likely be in the mountains or in my woodshop so a reply may take longer then. Send e-mails to Hank. The only documentation for these tools is the commented (sometimes not too well) source. Starting in April 2007 I started converting some of my applications from Office 2000 to Office 2003. In the process I ran into some problems that I thought I'd pass along to anyone who has not already made this conversion.
I'm also considering requiring users to register to download these tools. This is to see if this web site if useful to the developer community. The problem, at least for me, is that registering turns me off and I immediately move on to another site. I'd like to hear your opinions regarding registration and/or the usefulness of this site. Please let me know at Hank. Last modified: Wednesday December 31, 2008. |
